Lead Consultant: Keith Owsley, MS, ATC, LAT, EMT-P is the President/CEO of MedEvent. A career Firefighter/Paramedic with over 15 years experience, Keith brings his vast background and knowledge to event planning.  Along with over 18 years of experience as a certified athletic trainer, his background in Fire/Rescue Operations, EMS and Sports Medicine provides him with an excellent knowledge in all areas necessary to develop a quality medical staff for your events.

Medical Director:  Randal F. Wojciehoski, DPM, DO (pronounced “Wo-juh-HUSky).  He insures that we provide the highest level of care for all the events and clients that work with MedEvent®. 

Also known as Dr. Wojo, he began his lifelong fascination with medicine by completing his certification in 1978, becoming a Wisconsin Registered Emergency Medical Technician.  For nearly thirty years, Dr. Wojo has explored the opportunities within the world of medicine, holding doctorates in both osteopathy and podiatric medicine.  He is board certified in emergency and internal medicine, practicing as an emergency physician for over 16 years at a North Central Wisconsin hospital.  Additionally Dr. Wojo is involved as a medical-legal consultant, media consultant, as well as a guest lecturer presenting on a variety of medical topics for over 30 years.

Athletic Trainers: All our athletic trainers have been certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association and have excellent background and experience in working all levels of athletics.  The athletic trainer members of our team allow us to provide the Sports Medicine component to the events we service.  Our athletic trainers are qualified to handle all types of athletic injuries from minor injuries to serious emergencies.   

Emergency Medical Technicians/Paramedics: Depending on the nature of the event being covered, our medical team consists of EMT’s and Paramedics.  Our EMS personnel provide us with an increased level
of medical care for the events we cover, especially in dealing with more life threatening injuries.  We are
able to provide both Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) level of care depending on the needs for your event. 

Nurses: Our medical tent staff often consists of licensed registered nurses.  This addition to our team provides the next level of care in dealing with advanced care such as IV fluid replacement and other emergency treatment under the direction of our physicians.   

Physicians: When necessary MedEvent® can add physician involvement to our team.  This allows MedEvent® to provide on scene medical advisement, and to provide the highest on scene medical
treatment for your participants.  We utilize our own medical director, Dr. Wojo, as well as coordinating
with local physicians as well.
